Dr Moktika Tandon is a Sports and Exercise Physician Registrar with the Australasian College of Sports and Exercise Physicians (ACSEP) and a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She is passionate about helping people of all ages stay active, recover from injury, and achieve their health and performance goals through evidence-based, patient-centred care.
Originally graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) in 2016, Dr Tandon completed her General Practice Specialist training in 2022 before commencing further specialist training in Sports and Exercise Medicine.. She also holds a Master of International Public Health (MIPH), reflecting her strong interest in preventive health and optimising long-term wellbeing.

Dr Tandon enjoys caring for everyone, from elite athletes striving for peak performance to recreational exercisers and individuals looking to return to an active lifestyle after injury. Her approach focuses on understanding each person's goals and developing individualised treatment plans that combine the latest evidence with practical, achievable strategies.
She is fluent in both English and Hindi and welcomes patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
