These services include coordinating an injury back to full performance, understanding how health and medical conditions impact upon performance and life and how these deleterious effects can be minimized, maximizing beneficial nutrition and training methods. These services are applicable to injured and sick athletes wanting to get back, non-injured athletes wanting to maximize performance, workers compensation and third party injuries, medical checkups for those who have neglected their health and/or do not have a regular doctor.

If you fit into one of these categories you would be suited to a Sports and Exercise assessment at the Sports and Arthritis Clinic (SPARC).
